According to recent reports, 87,210 abortions were performed in Illinois in 2025, including both chemical and surgical abortions. Approximately 32,490 of these abortions involved Illinois residents, while many others involved women traveling to Illinois from surrounding states.

Thank you to those who joined us on Saturday, March 28th to pray for mothers and babies at the Rockford abortion facility. After our time of prayer, a small group of us continued downtown to offer a Christian witness for life near the so-called “no-kings” rally. There was a large crowd present, and by God’s grace many people saw signs affirming the dignity of every human life. We were also able to engage a number of individuals in brief but meaningful conversations.

As we prepare to enter Holy Week, we remember that 2,000 years ago many voices cried out, “Crucify Him, crucify Him,” rejecting the Author of Life. Today, our culture continues to reject God’s plan for life and the family.
