Saturday: Prayerful Witness for Life (11:00 AM & 12:30 PM)

As we prepare to enter Holy Week, we remember that 2,000 years ago many voices cried out, “Crucify Him, crucify Him,” rejecting the Author of Life. Today, our culture continues to reject God’s plan for life and the family.

This Saturday will be an important day of prayerful witness for life in Rockford, with two opportunities to stand for Christ and for the dignity of every human person.

#1: Monthly Prayer Rally at the Rockford Abortion Facility
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We will gather in peaceful prayer and public witness for mothers, fathers, and every child in the womb. Your presence is a powerful act of love and faith.

#2: Public Witness in Downtown Rockford
12:30 PM
Rockford City Market – 118 N Water St

On Saturday afternoon, activists will gather downtown promoting abortion and other ideas that contradict Christian teaching on the dignity of the human person. We will be present to offer a peaceful witness of truth, love, and charity, standing for Christ and for every human life created in His image.

We will pray and hold signs affirming the dignity of every child and encouraging our community to choose life. Signs will be provided.

Especially as we approach Holy Week, this is an opportunity to publicly stand for Christ and for the innocent children and families who need our love and prayers.
