Taking Back June for the Sacred Heart of Jesus

As many of you know, the Rockford Family Initiative has spent the last several years promoting a powerful campaign to Take Back June for the Sacred Heart of Jesus — honoring the month traditionally dedicated to Him who is “meek and humble of heart.”

As part of this effort, we’ve distributed hundreds of Sacred Heart yard signs across Rockford and northern Illinois, serving as a public witness to our love for Christ and our desire to make reparation for the sins that wound His heart. Thanks to the generosity of several donors, we’ve been able to purchase more signs — and we still have a few left! If you would like one for your home, church, or organization, simply reply to this email (or email us: contact@proliferockford.com) and we’ll make sure you get one.

At a time when some in our community celebrate what contradicts the truth of God’s design, we are inviting you to join us this Saturday, June 7, in a special day of prayer, fasting, and penance — offered for conversion of hearts and healing of lives and souls. Together, let us respond with love, truth, and the mercy of Christ.

And don’t forget — we’re now just TEN days away from the Rockford Walk for Life and Family, taking place Saturday, June 14 at 11:00 AM at City Hall (425 E. State St.). Let’s continue our public witness for life and family — we hope to see you there!
