Sponsor the 2025 Rockford Walk for Life and Family!

It is through the support of local individuals and organizations that the 2025 Walk for Life and Family happens. Please use the form below if you would like to sponsor the event!

Sponsorships are available at 2 different levels:

Level 1: $100 - Your name (company) will be mentioned at the pre-Walk rally, and printed on our Sponsor banner!

Level 2: $200 - Your name (company) will be mentioned at the pre-Walk rally, included on the Sponsor banner, AND be listed on our website!

(In order to guarantee your name on the Sponsor banner, sponsorship must be received no later than May 31, 2025)
