SCANDAL at the Rockford Public Library - ACTION NEEDED!

The Rockford Public Library is hosting a “Pride Storytime” this Saturday, June 21 at 11AM at the Main Branch in Rockford. The event is being promoted for children of “all ages”!

Let’s be clear: public libraries should not be promoting the homosexual agenda to children. This is a promotion of sin under the guise of “inclusivity”. As Christians, we are called to love all people, but we are also called to speak the truth with courage and charity. This event is not about inclusion — it’s about the normalization and celebration of sin in a space that is publicly funded and meant to serve all families.

We encourage all of our supporters to take peaceful, prayerful action today:

We called the library to ask what books will be read at this storytime. They refused to tell us. Why the secrecy? If this event is so “joyful” and “inclusive,” why are they hiding the content? Parents and citizens have a right to know what is being read to children in a public building.

Let them know, respectfully and firmly, that you oppose this event and do not want your tax dollars supporting programs that promote sexual ideology to children.

Let them know that our community deserves better. Let them know that public libraries should nourish the innocence of children, not destroy it with events like “Pride Storytime”.

As always, we ask you to pray — for the staff of the library, for the families attending, and especially for the children. May hearts be turned to truth and may our city be led back to what is good, beautiful, and holy.
