Each month, we gather to pray for the protection of mothers and children, and to make reparation for the grave sin of abortion in our city and nation. Your peaceful, prayerful presence sends a powerful message of hope and truth to all who pass by, especially to the mothers and fathers in crisis.

This month, we are also joining with thousands of pro-life Americans in a nationwide day of prayer and demonstration at abortion facilities across the country. As the U.S. Senate prepares to vote on defunding Planned Parenthood before July 4, we are uniting to say:

No more taxpayer money for the killing of innocent children.

Let’s lift our voices and prayers together — for Rockford, for our country, and for a future without abortion.

Also, a heartfelt thank you to those who stood in witness at last Tuesday’s pro-abortion fundraiser event. Every person entering that event saw the reality of abortion in the images displayed, and heard the truth boldly and lovingly proclaimed: that abortion is the murder of a child of God, and that every person is deeply loved by Him. Your courage and faithfulness are a powerful testimony to what Christian love in action looks like.
